A complaint without supporting documentation in the form of a picture/video is not accepted, therefore do not throw away the product/products or packaging until you have received a response to your complaint.
It is important that you do not assemble a product that is under complaint investigation.
The product and packaging must be in the condition in which it was delivered.

8. Transport damage
8.1 Scandinavian Car Styling AB follows Bring's rules for damaged goods. Since Bring's guarantee does not apply seven days after delivery, it is very important that you observe the following:
If the package is damaged when you receive it, immediately report the damage to the postal service/courier or do not accept the damaged package and contact us at Scandinavian Car Styling AB immediately.
Should you only discover the damage when you get home, contact us at Scandinavian Car Styling AB directly by phone in the first instance for the fastest handling.
Never install a damaged item.
Save all packaging and the product until the complaint has been processed.
Please note that Scandinavian Car Styling AB is not able to compensate you for damages if you do not follow Bring's rules for damaged goods.
