We do not make exchanges, you as a customer can send in your return and then order what you want via the website.
You can return all stock items within 60 days and custom-made items within 14 days if they are in new condition and still have their original packaging. Outlet-products have a 14-day open purchase.
To make a return, you contact us via the form at www.scstyling.com.
Once we have processed your case, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions for the return.
Fees for returns:
We reserve the right to charge a return handling fee of 149 SEK-1499 SEK incl. VAT upon return, depending on the dimensions/weight of the product.
We do this to cover part of all overhead costs in the form of shipping and handling.
When returning and canceling goods that are not in stock at Scandinavian Car Styling AB, we charge a fee of 25% of the product value.
This applies to products from, for example: Maxton Design, Tarox, Scorpion Exhaust, Fox Exhaust, EBC, Solfilmscenter, Rieger Tuning, ABS Wheels, Imaz Wheels, CSR, RST, Keystone, Witpol and others.
The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to rims from Japan racing and Concaver because these are manufactured and customized to order according to customer orders.
Unfortunately, we cannot take back electronic products such as air mass meters and control units, etc.
We also do not accept returns of products that have been painted.
Always test fit products before sending them for painting!
If you choose to send them yourself, the return must be sent as a company package with delivery to Scandinavian Car Styling.
Returns that are delivered to a representative or terminal will not be collected by Scandinavian Car Styling AB.
