When you have sent a return to us, we have a processing time of between 1-4 weeks depending on the season.
When your return is fully processed, you will receive an email confirming that the return is complete.
After that, it usually takes 1-5 working days for the refund to come back to your account.
If you have paid with Swish, it will go back immediately and if you have paid with an invoice, it will be adjusted if you have not already paid it.
If you have paid your invoice, the refund will come within about 1-5 days to the account you used when paying your invoice.
