We ship all our packages with Bring.


Bring sends an email to the email you provided when ordering when the order has been shipped from us.


In that email you will find your tracking number (parcel number) and a link that allows you to see where your package is.


If you have not received an email, we recommend that you check your inbox for SPAM emails. If you have entered the wrong email address when ordering or simply have not received an email, you can always contact us and we will retrieve your parcel number.


We recommend that you use the My Packages app for tracking. If you have added your email address or phone number to that app, the shipment will automatically appear there when it has been shipped.
