When you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided when ordering.


(If you use Gmail and have not yet received your order confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder as they seem to end up there. We are working on a solution for this. )


You will also receive a message to your email address when your package has been shipped.


The message will contain your tracking number (parcel number) and a link that will allow you to see where your package is.
